What is the mini matcha frother and how do I use it?
Think an electronic milk frother without the electronic part...Our mini matcha frother is a compact, mess-free tool exclusively designed by us! Simply place it into your tumbler and shake until there are no matcha clumps. Best of all? No whisks, no fuss - just perfectly mixed, frothy matcha in seconds.
How do I care for my matcha tumbler/frother?
Wash after use with mild soap and water. Clean gently to avoid damaging the logo, and always hand wash - dishwashers may affect the finish and function over time. The tumblers are designed for cold drinks only, so avoid using them with hot liquids!

Returns
Can I return the product if I've changed my mind?
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind as the nature of our products are used for consumption. All sales are final once shipped. Please feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing—we’re happy to help!
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or are defective. If your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the link provided in the same email. If it is taking longer than expected, please contact us via the contact form.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, not at this stage. We are currently only offering shipping in Australia. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we will ship internationally!
